Water map lags with third party units

I just found out that when map height is that low you can see water, it lags with third party units when you select commander / select third party unit / build third party unit.
I noticed it with map http://spring.unknown-files.net/file/2507/Colors_V2/
I tested "Cow" map which had identical settings but has heightlevel much higher, then i changed my map heightlevel as high as Cow map, and it didnt lag anymore.
And it lags only 3 times in game, once when you select commander, once when you select third party unit, once when you build third party unit.
When i tested, everything was identical but the map files.
Anyone have any idea why it lags when it has water ?
