Lordmatt does not support Multiple POV. he uses old firmware that did not support this feature.

It was Version : Phail

the programers then gave up and never fixed the isues in version phail so we are stuck with what wonders these forums today.

As someone who's reluctant to try yet-another-ta-mod, I think I speak for a lot of us when I ask: could we see some screenshots of the levels of the game that don't involve horribly-dense armies of the top-level OMGWTFBBQ units?

that's pretty much what this mod is all about

Well if the screenshots are any indication of the game play, 10 DDMs are the norm...

How does it work? I mean, how does one afford the high-level-stuff? Is the gameplay we see above only after spending an hour or two building windfarms and nanotowers? If not, does the L1/L2 game last about five minutes before being replaced by the OMGWTFBBQ units? Or do the L1/L2 units remain useful?

The Commander can Solo from the beginning and has a long enough D-Gun range where the other one exploding won't kill him. Why would you Tech at all?

The mod to these screenshots sucks big time (IMO). I don't care so much about gameplay when playability can't be guaranteed due to the sheer mass of errors. Then again, this felt like AA on steroids and I think people know how much I like AA. There is just nothing new in it. NADA! Except for bigger and bigger units... and pretty particle effects. I'm no TA hater, both BOTA and NOTA were fun, especially NOTA because it changed the gameplay to a good degree.

Anyway this thread is about screenshots, so yeah pretty bunch of screenshots you got there. With lots of BLODs (or RLODs). :P

The thing is, some mods like AA, Uberhack, TA Works Project and XTA, actually change the gameplay and have some idea what they're doing other than "OK GUYS MORE UNITS = BETTER THAN RIGHT". LLTA is not balanced, has no sensible unit selection to fill roles and doesn't change the TA gameplay at all except to have a ridiculous T3 economy.

Hmm I generally don't like games (or mods) which are balanced down to the degree of chess. I could just go and play Battle Isle then.

Well you'll be glad to know that there are pretty much no mods for TA or Spring balanced down to the degree of chess!

I'm not entirely sure what you mean.

I think he's implying that there are more tactics than strategy (or the other way around, never sure which applied to what).

Personally, I wouldn't want to play that simply because when I hit superunits, I fully expect to win (if not before). Also some of those models are just kinda ugly, along with the big mushroom-cloud explosions.

+1
We cannot give feedback untill all the errors are adressed.

I am sure a lot of people will like that.

I was just happy someone used my effects :P.
