I don├óÔé¼Ôäót know the specific system components.
I have hosted a game in TAS client with mod balanced Anilation and the map mars. he has joined the battle room, got ready. I have pressed the start button, is his pc crashed. Then after 5 min he telling me from a laptop, his pc crash after the memory check. He can├óÔé¼Ôäót enter the bios. It was the first start of the game on his pc. I know he has the omegadriver. But I use this driver too whiteout any problems. I have read the radion 9X00 has problems with TAS.
Sorry for the bad English.

He can├óÔé¼Ôäót enter the bios
what happens when he boots the pc and why can't he get into the bios? If it fails the initial memory check from the bios the chances are its becuase the RAM is faulty and very unlikely to be anything to do with spring.
Need to know what memory is in the PC but dependant on whether its dual rank or not you can try taking out memory modules to try isolate the faulty one and then the PC should boot.
Without exact specs we can't really be more helpfull than that, unless anyone else has anymore ideas?

Sorry, but a lot more information will be needed. Basically go through step by step of what you did, what you are doing, and exactly what you are seeing. Just going by that information, we could be here a week arguing about what might, or might not be possibly wrong.

Try deleting BIOS cmos memory (use jumper on mainboard to clean it, or remove battery from mainboard for some time).
If it still doesnt boot, check motherboard manual for the meaning of beep codes and try to plug all stuff properly (make sure memory and all cards are inserted properly).
If it still doesnt work, swap broken HW (memory).
