TASClient "could'nt execute the application"

"could'nt lexecute the application" is the bug message i have when i want to start a game with the TASClient (precisly when i push the start button).
When i use spring.exe, i can play without problem.
So it's not a graphic card problem.
If i try the Replays in the tasclient, it's start the game.
So the client can launch spring.exe in this case.
But if i want to play with the server for a local game or with the net, i have the same problem; and in the 2 case if i'm hosting or not.
So it's not not a lobby server problem.
I've a belkin router and i've try to open all the necessary port :
- 8452 in udp and tcp
- 8200 in udp and tcp
- 2300-2400 in udp and tcp
I'm under windows XP, TASpring 0.74b3 and TAS_Server0.33.
and i re-install everything one time.
Please, anybody have i an idea ? ThanX for your help.
