Anti-nukes can be built by clicking on the building and then clicking on the icon that looks like some stockpiled missiles with "0/0" on it.

Except that the missiles will stay stored and will be automatically lauched against nukes that have been lauched against one place inside the anti-nukes hit range.

select ur silo, hold ctrl and shift, then click ur nuke/antinuke in the build menu

u should queue up 100 of them
