Problems with det.

Det, a lobby moderator, has been insulting me and kicking me from his games, and when I have tried to contact him about it, he ignores me. He banned me from the springy server after I beat him on an altored game. He refuses to communicate me about the issue via PM. I really dont think this is mod like behavior.
In the altored game I organised to comm drop our commanders into the enemies base. It worked brilliantly, det ragequit, and we won the game. Afterwards, det did this:
"[3:03:52 AM] * Springie [Fluffy]flopflop ([Fluffy]flopflop) is banned for Ruining games"
He still refuses to communicate with me via PM, so I am forced to use the forums to attempt to get my message across.

hahaha det just muted me from #lcc because i disagreed with him
funny thing is i've got old replays of det doing the EXACT same thing. he just spammed atlas and napped all the noobs and used thier commanders as bombs.

[09:22:22] <[Fluffy]flopflop> he still refuses to communicate with me on the issue
[09:22:25] <[Fluffy]flopflop> gave me no reason
[09:22:30] <[Fluffy]flopflop> except "ruining games"
[09:22:38] <[Fluffy]flopflop> aparently beating him ruins the game
[09:22:50] <tombom> well i dunno flopflop
[09:22:57] <tombom> you seem like the game ruining type to me
[09:23:13] <[Fluffy]flopflop> it was epic.
[09:23:23] <[Fluffy]flopflop> det was like "thanks for the metal flop, that wasnt a good idea"
[09:23:29] <[Fluffy]flopflop> and then 5 mins later he ragequit
[09:23:39] <[LCC]det> Game ended without a winner
[09:23:54] <[LCC]det> You ruined the game
[09:23:58] <[Fluffy]flopflop> how?
[09:24:09] <[Fluffy]flopflop> that was a tactic
[09:24:19] <[Fluffy]flopflop> it was the best option for my team, we were filled with less skilled players
[09:24:51] * Channel message: <ChanServ> has muted <[Fluffy]flopflop>
Oh dear flopflop.

Isnt their a thread on this linking to a well known article about players who add a set of nonsense rules ontop of the game rather than playing to win?

Maybe because he's decided he doesn't like you much? I dunno, it shouldn't really matter what he decides to do in his own private games.

Its obviously related to my comm drops, he has never kicked me before that - not just a simple matter of not liking a person.

In the altored game I organised to comm drop our commanders into the enemies base
I think comnapping your allies qualifies as 'Ruining the game'

How is it napping if they agree to it? We were working together. I can show you the replay, none of them complained about it and they followed directions I gave them in order to comm bomb best. Everyone on our team was having a good time.

com napping is silly, its perfectly avoidable, and if you fell victim to it unwillingly then your a bad player. Most good XTA players will tell their first anti air kbot to guard their commander, and the same should apply in BA especially since the antiair kbot is primarily anti air, and believe me when I say its saved my commander a good few times.

No, he's talking about where he builds transports and takes his allies coms to bomb the opponent early on.

Actually I did both. Ally and enemy comms were used as nook. All of my allies were willing.

*enemy puts a com in a transport and sends it off to the enemy*
1 minutes later
*large explosion near enemy base*
"Ahk my transport got shot down before it arrived"

loosing your commander shouldnt mean you loose the game, as you may very well be in the superior position even after you loose your commander, and may go on to win the game.
In the long run its funner to play the game rather than a hunt down a single unit.
