Spring RTS Engine

hey, i was just wondering if there was a way i could play against an ai to better learn the basics
is it possible to do it in the spring exe that came with the spring download rather than hosting a game in the multiplayer etc etc

plz, any help would be great

Or make a game on the server with a password, and add a bot.

Or Run spring.exe, and select Global AI Test (<desiredAI>.dll)
(You have to use arrow keys)

Personally I think that entering on a game with empty ai to build everthing and see what it does will help you more. The ai plays too bad and diferently from players to be a real pratice for online games.

A good AI to play is a lobby bot called [SmuG]Steven, send it a PM saying "1v1? You host." to start a game.

And so i sat in my room alone, wondering what the hell happend with my life, wondering if it was too late to turn back. And just as fast as my life went down so did the excitment that came with what could have been... purpose.
