Spring RTS Engine

hello,
I'm new to this game and after I played SC and ppl saying this game was better i want to give it a shot. but in the FAQ i can't read what I need to play and how i install it. so if someone can awnser these questions for me.

You don't need anything more then a decent PC and an internet connection.
