GfX problem with Litestep

I'm using the FBL Dynamic theme for litestep, and if i start up a game normally it looks fine. But if i alttab out and then go back in, the bar superimposes itself above the TASpring game window. I can still click on the bar and such too. the entire TASpring screen is also not just overlapped, but shifted down. he game still works fine otherwise.
