Okay, I was going around, asking people if they want to play Gundam...when someone useing MY name started saying these horrible names. My REAL words are in
ittalics, while the FAKE words are in
bold.

I think it's "Kragnor" but I don't know how to proove it.

Seriously harassing other players (no matter what the method) is grounds for moderation, but I have to admit this is a fun bug. I had ChanServ talking for a while last night in #main.

While I can understand the amount of tolerance in main, some users are really starting to troll it up. I don't know what to tell you. I act the same all the time but there are users who do troll it up the moment the moderation staff is out.
To be frank, I have lost all patience for those in main. My problem with this name rubbish is that people can make statements under other individuals names.
For example if someone came in as betalord and started making announcements it would be somewhat troubling. Is there not a rule about impersonating others in the lobby? Many communities that I have been in regard this as a serious matter and will warn, then ban.

if there is no moderator online at that time, there is not much to do about it (you could try #sy on quakenet though), otherwise moderators should deal with that user, yes. You should PM a moderator about it since we usually don't follow what is happening in #main that much.

Would you just listen for a second insted of just talking out of your ass?. It's not about what he said, it's about him using my name or other player's names to troll. And if I was homosexual, I definitely woulden't say, "I like butt sex," In the middle of a crouded internet lobby, none the less, where half the players are transitory twelve year olds who don't know their heads from their feet. Does that sound even remotly sensible...or sane even?

I don't think anyone gives a damn about somebody saying something stupid so it looks like it's coming from someone else. It's hardly likely to ruin your massive e-cred. Sure he should get a mute or something at the time, but I wouldn't get your knickers in a twist about it so to speak.
