I need help with port forwarding

This is my first post :) I need help as me and my friend cant host a game.I Think I need to forward the port but I dont know what to do and the websites dont really help. Any help is appreciated.

depends on your router
try typing 192.168.1.1 in to your web browser...most routers have html-based configuration, so this will probably work for you. if it does, search around for port forwarding in the config there.
when you find it, run command and type ipconfig to find out your ip address...should be 192.168.1.X
then just forward the port 8452 to your ip for both TCP and UDP

It's just 8452 UDP, not tcp.
