UI improvements and misc stuff

Need a second "selection" bar for the moused over unit.
A unit's "description" ("Produces KBots" for kbot lab) shouldn't show up under unit selection - only on the build menu. That way I won't see "Commander Commander" etc. all the time.
You shouldn't see the numerical health of enemy units at all.
Decoy commanders should be renamed to commanders and just have an icon that says "*DECOY*".
Enemy commander health bars shouldn't show up.
When units regenerate, they gain some tick of health. This amount of health can take them over their max health (e.g. if a unit regenerates 10 per tick and has 995/1000, he'll end up with 1005/1000.)
