Online maps and online mods buttons dont work

The Online maps and online mods buttons don't work. When I click them, nothing opens or loads. And when I click the minimap in the BattleScreen to download it if I dont have it, nothing happens there either Same with clicking yes if I want to download a missing mod when I try to join a game. Basically, the only way I can get maps or mods is to download them manually which is time consuming and annoying.

CTRL+SHIFT+M opens a window that does nothing even when I click update.

It should open a default browser via ShellExecute winapi function. Try if this one works for you: updated exe

033 works no better than the 032 I usually use. Same exact result.
