For whoever doesn't figures out, he is complaining that lightning wapons with the tag:
"CollideFriendly=0;"
still colide with friendly units.

I can confirm that that also hapens to BeamLasers (haven't tested with others). Also, Colide With Features (or something like that) doesn't works too with BeamLasers.
