EE .171 AAI config file: Is it possible?

Is it possible to create an AAI config file for EE .171 with the way construction hubs work?
No, AAI doesnt support buildings buildign buildings, the way they're implemented is the hubs are actually mobile units with speeds of zero. And as we all know aai doesnt support units building units so the hubs never get built.
NTai is the only AI that supports hub like construction atm.
