OOS errors

How do you fix Out of Sync not sure if this is Game-related, but I keep getting OOS messages during play. Also the game I am playing i far different from the one everyone else is experiencing :D
Well anyway I would be grateful for any help provided

dont build sonar, and make sure the host is the one with the best computer+connection, those 2 are the best tips I can give you atm. The first being caused by a bug thats fixed in the enxt release.

Well it starts before I have a chance to build anything
Could there be some other reason for OOS, I have experienced it in two games TAspring and Civ4, though there doesn't seem to be anything obviously wrong with my internet connection 0.5 mbit, and my computer was recently formated in hope of fixing this bug/error/whatever you would call it :D

Itll be either a bad download of a map/mod or your network.
