Mouse4/5 Bindings, How?

So I have devoted part of the afternoon to figuring out this who key binding thing. For those who prefer to use spacebar instead of alt, you can set spacebar to meta:
fakemeta 0x020
And then make all of your bindings in this form:
bind Shift+Meta+s buildunit_armsolar // Solar Collector
What I can't figure out is how to bind the extra mouse buttons to things. I have back/forward mouse buttons and I want to bind them so the rotate the build pages. Does anyone know how to do this? I want to bind mouse4 and mouse5 to move the build pages.
