Increase/decrease view radius, is the ammount of land its rendered by the engine.
Hard to nottice but in big maps.
it can make a difference in slow machines.
Dynamic sky, is not used in all maps, but some of them.
For instance, those maps that have skybox, dont have dynamic sky.
It turns on and off the "moving" clouds.
Area attack command is only available on some units, specifically, Bombers.
Showpathmap, shows where a unit can/cannot, walk over.
You must have a unit selected for it to "work".
Also, when you are placing a building, it tells you where it can/cannot be placed.
Saved games is not intended as a real savegame, but for testing purposes.
There are many things a saved game in spring does not save.
You can load the saved game from spring.exe>load test.ttf?
The meta key, refers (it seems) to some keyboards that have this "meta" key.
Anyhow, its usefull to generate another "modifier" key.
Once you declare your meta modifier key, you use it this way:
bind meta+a someaction
