Spring RTS Engine

When I join a battle I am not syncing (red cross for error). How can I resolve this problem? I'm connected to the internet by ethernet card, just plugged into to wall, no modem no router (think it's a LAN, right?). Windows firewall has an exception for spring. I'm not really sure what other info to include, so ask if you need to know something else.

Well nevermind. It had to do with the mod. I downloaded the version from the sourceforge page and everything is fine now :)
