Teamcolored nanospray

- added support for teamcolored nanospray (user option). Can be forced off by modder using gamedata/particles.tdf.

Look at nanoblobs...but yes, a user option is missing.

Or dev's were hoping on XML Settings to work. And in the end had to pull it out & update older settings program.
And Forgot a few options i.e Dual Screen Option typo is one

Basically settings.exe code is unmaintainable.
So yeah, we really need someone to audit the XmlSettings tool and fix the major bug(s) in it that have prevented us from including it in the release.
It would make adding settings sooo much easier, you guys would even be able to add settings yourself if we forgot them
E: and yeah, quite some new (undocumented
) settings are missing...
