Game bugs after starting, pic included

Hello, I'm having a bug when ever I try to start a game of spring. He's a screeny of the error. Change the "xx" to "tt"

That error comes up because your graphics card does not support some of the stuff Spring uses. It can possibly be fixed by upgrading your graphics card drivers, but most likely your card is to old to run Spring.

Try turning the settings in Settings.exe down as far as you can, something might have changed there.
When was the last time you ran it? This version, or the last version? Have you changed anything between when you ran it last and now?

Or it'll be a driver thing.

Yah, I think its a driver thing, or maybe my card is flaking out. Thanks for your help.
