loading problems

when ever i try to start a game i get sent back from the load up screen and this error message comes up
"Error at position795 when loading fragment program file dw.DetailNormal.fp"
does anybody know what to do?

I think that's an openGL error....what type of graphics card do you have? ...and update its drivers.

i have an ATI Radeon X850XT with the latest drivers... come to think about it this only started when my brother updated the drivers...

thanks for the help.... i changed back to the previous drivers and it is working again :D
and if double posting is considered taboo here, then sorry :D.

I just got this problem with Radeon X800 GTO with latest drivers. And I found the reason too.
If dynamic water is enabled, game crashes at startup.

Yes...ati is silly, and doesnt support dynamic water. Nvidia cards do.

dynamic water only works on nvidia cards.
