Spring RTS Engine

I was attacking with about 30 planes, suddenly i lost control somehow: when i tried to select my airplanes, i couldnt, it only made drawing to there where i pressed mouse button.
Then i tried to press pause, but it didnt work first time, i pressed some keys in panic, and suddenly pause worked.
I tried everything, but i couldnt select my units, it only drawed everywhere i pressed mouse button.
And no, the drawing button wasnt down.

Have anyone had this problem before!?

I have wireless keyboard, it could be the reason. But i could still write in the chat.

Happened to me too. Pressed random keys until it went away, in my case i think it was ├â┬ on my german keyboard, or sth. near there.

In any case, my Keyboard frequently changes language settings from german to english and back again while playing spring, no idea what causes that.

Yeah i have that english keyboard change bug too, its really annoying.

But could that be the reason? My keyboard changes to english like in every game.

what type of keyboard and what Country settings?

just as an option here... you might want to try remaping the doodle key, international keyboards have trouble with the tilde.
