nope. I tried to post my TA O RLY rabbits and it gave me:

Why did you create an account just to post some TA ORLY pictures? I think we already have plenty of spammers around here to fill the qouta, perhaps aim for more directly constructive inputs to this community? We are sorely lacking in our New Gui programmer qouta.
