I have a simple 2 computer lan. Spring was working fine some time ago (i had to reformat one of the computers) and havent played in a while.

So i decided to play again installed the latest verion on both computers and installed the newest lan server.

My main computer running it can connect to the server fine (local host main computer is running server)

My second computer which used to work fine when i try to connect it sits saying its connecting for ages and then fails.

The server reports

New client connected: 192.168.1.40
exception during select(): possibly due to force disconnect. Killing the client ...
Unregistered user killed

Can anyone help?

Sorry, just checking to see if you ran server.bat insted of lanserver.bat
Because server.bat requires you to register.
