Fatal Error: Missing sidedata.tdf

I'm getting this error upon trying to play single player. The only thing that's changed since the last time I could play, and now, is having updated to the latest version of spring.
I checked the wiki, and upon auditing my \gamedata directory, I see that of the three files the wiki says I need, I have only "resources.tdf"
I'm assuming that even when I get "sidedata.tdf", it will then give me a fatal error on "moveinfo.tdf" as well.
Where do I download the latest versions of MOVEINFO.TDF, SIDEDATA.TDF, and SOUND.TDF?
Thanks in advance.
edit PS: The mod I'm trying to play is AA v1.44 with the latest version of AAI.

Each mod comes with its own. Can you run without that AI present? If so, it's a problem with that AI. If not, someone's borked something in the engine.

Yeah, I just checked. Does it even with emptyai.dll. Also, remember that I checked the gamedata directory. The ONLY file in there is resources.tdf.
The wiki says I need those other files, or TA Spring in and of itself won't run.
I'm not sure what to do at this point.

pff
delete al and reinstall.
save your files if you are afraid.

That seems a little drastic if I'm only missing one file.

Like I said, EACH MOD comes with one. Those files are in the mod's archive. Resources.tdf is the only one external, however mods CAN override it by using their own. I can assure you AA has its own (otherwise there would be a LOT more complaints), so it's a problem with the AI or a goof someone has made in the engine in general--and I'm willing to bet it's the AI interface.

It's not an AI issue, because I tried loading it with emptyai.dll, no dice.
I've also searched the whole directory structure for the files, and they just don't exist. They aren't "broken", and there's no "conflict" or a "bad engine."
The files are just gone.
My problem is I don't know how to get them back.

Missing files can easily be fixed when you reinstall spring and the mods.
The mod self contain only one file. but that file contains an entire structure of directories and files.

Just reinstall the mod. Not Spring. The Mod.

I've entirely uninstalled TA Spring (deleted whole directory), and then reinstalled it fresh with AA 1.44 and AAI latest version.
Error persists.
Error also perists with ANY mod (including XTA), using ANY AI, even emptyai.dll.
So pretty much, I just need the files that it is asking for at this point, so it would seem.
Anyone know where I can acquire them?

If I don't select an AI, the very second that my commander spawns on the map, the game ends in victory for me. If you know of a way for me to get around this, I'd love to hear about it.

I've done this as well. Of course, there is no such thing as Spring "without mods" because XTA is a mod as well. There is no "default rule set" for Spring.
However, I have tried with XTA, XTA-PE, AA, TAWD, FF, TASW, and KuroTA.
Basically, I've tried it with every mod that I can find, and I always recieve the same result.
So, when you say "try teh same, no additional mods", what is it exactly that you mean? I don't know how I should interprete the phrase "no additional mods" because to my knowledge, you can not run
additional mods. You can only run one mod at a time.
My intention is not to become combative, but rather to seek clearification on these instructions.

Just a guess, but do you have a base directory with stuff in it?
Edit: Should have been more specific, that is a good thing.

Sidedata.tdf are present within the mod file. You wont find them in the folders. And, as Gnome said, emptyai.dll is still an AI. Just try it with another script, not an AI, see if it works. If it works with those, but not with any of the AI's (incluiding emptyai.dll), then it is a problem with AI's.

I'm not sure what the definition of a "script" is in this case. I've tried it, however, with every AI that I've got available; the ones that came with Spring and several that I've downloaded, all with the same results. What's the file extention of a "script" and from where do I get them / which directory do they go in / what is their purpose?

Are you using the Lobby Client, Altarics improved lobby, SpringSP, or the Spring.exe to start your matches? If you are using one of the lobbys, it might be a problem with them. If you are using Spring.exe, the other Scripts are the other options you can select in the menu at the start.
