Spring RTS Engine

When I try to use "Reflective units" it says I am missing the extension arb_fragment_program or something like that.. can you please tell me where I can get this extension at so I can use this option? I don't know what it does but it sounds cool and I want to see what it does :D
Does it make all of the units shiny? @_@

yah it makes the untis shiny, hwoever the fatc it's missing either indicates out of date drivers or a graphics card that doesnt support it.
