Spring RTS Engine

After downloading and installing TA spring I tried to run the TASClien but when i try to connect this is what i get

[4:41:36 PM] Cannot connect to server!
[4:41:36 PM] Trying next host in the list ...
[4:41:36 PM] Connecting to fnord.clan-sy.com ...
[4:41:57 PM] Cannot connect to server!
[4:41:57 PM] Trying next host in the list ...
[4:41:57 PM] Connecting to 212.18.46.133 ...
[4:42:18 PM] Cannot connect to server!
[4:42:18 PM] Trying next host in the list ...
[4:42:18 PM] Connecting to localhost ...
[4:42:19 PM] Cannot connect to server!
I am running windows XP and I have a router
here is a list of all the things I have tried:
Making an exception ni my firewall for TAS
Turning off my firewall
setting up port forwarding on my router

So far nothing has worked. I could really use some help if anyone has any idea as to what I should do
