More late night insomnia spent well I think :-)
I'm thinking of calling this one Serpent, or Hunchback, might work well as an Anti-air Kbot, or just a rocket Kbot.

Its high poly, but where are they?

I'd suspect that they're faces that would be pretty obvious if this model wasn't using so much welding...

But I did make it after looking through some battletech units, and it inspired me.

I didn't think so either. To me your model actually bears a resemblance to a Centurion or Panther, but there are a number of Mechs that have a tall, slim, upright design.

btw the Poly count is triangulated, if it were quads it would be a little too high for it to be any use.

I just need to learn the steps in the conversion into spring format and setting up the scripts, I can model in low/high poly, UVmap well, and Texture so/so but I prefer not to do my own textures if I don't have to, one of those things I just never had much interest in doing.

Are any of you guys able or have the time to help me put this together some day?

If you have it scripted and uvmapped in a way that makes sense, sure.
