Fix UnitShapes for 98.0

The unit shape shadows are now opaque :(
I like UnitShapes much better than TeamPlatter...

I think there may be something with lups that makes things opaque, like shadows too...

I play with shadows off (weak gfx hardware), but for testing I just switched them on, and UnitShapes are still opaque.

Independent of the engine fix, here a much faster (300pws: 36fps -> 45fps) version of UnitShapes
