I was able to join into the main (#main) area earlier today but now every time I log in, I get logged out because it assumes a timeout. Is this a problem on my end?
[5:57:10 PM] Connection to server closed!
[5:58:16 PM] Connecting to taspringmaster.clan-sy.com ...
[5:58:16 PM] Connection established to taspringmaster.clan-sy.com
[5:58:17 PM] Login successful!
[5:58:47 PM] Timeout assumed. Disconnecting ...

Firewalls or roughters?
It sounds like your comp is refusing to send the game data.

I have a router, and I was having internet problems earlier today and got my ISP to look into it and fix it. That seems like a probable cause.. Any ideas on how to fix it?

You haven't given alot of information... I would assume it's some sort of firewall block, either from a roughter firewall that has paranoyed security settings set up by someone who doesn't really know what thier doing, or by a software firewall that just hasn't been set to allow TAS access. Some antivirus software comes packaged with some really nazish software blockers with the intent of blocking trogans. All this is assuming you are running windows XP of course. Different OSes have a totally different range of problems. If you have general internet connection problems as well it could be a modem problem... but that is the only hardware problem it could be asside from roughter. If you you are running spring from an supported platform this kind of error would have been reported before if it were a TAS problem. I've never heard of it.

Check your frirewall's log. It should have a list of all blocked connections. Usually firewalls give a heads-up when they're about to block something, so that'd be your best bet. But I assume that isn't happening here or you wouldn't have a problem.
You can access the Internet OK. Could be a problem with the Spring server, I've had a few 'file not found' errors trying to access it before.
Your Spring install could have been corrupted. As a last resort try a straight reinstall.
