Spring RTS Engine

I Just got a new idea: Would it be possible for only one player to decide were all the player should be placed: that would result is a better gameplay start position i guess. It is doable ?

Set fixed start pos. Assign teams accordingly.

or change to chose before game mode, and you can even place the start position arbitrarily
