Someone wants to make a map for Spring Tanks?

I am looking for a mapper who is interessted in making a map for my game Spring Tanks. Just like space mods or KP need special maps I think ST would play better on a custom made map.
tl;dr
-need map, 1v1 but also ffa
-if you are interessted draw some layout in ms paint and post it
(from now on asuming that you have tried that out before reading on so i wont explain it in detail)
Main problems with using existing spring maps:
1) Start positions. On most maps they are too far apart. They also are often in corners which makes taking the flag hard because you can only attack from one side. Look at the SP challengs in sp menu and compare the start position to fixed map positions to see what i mean.
Of course you can set custom positions, boxes in lobby but that is problematic because players do not know what would work. Some maps also look different in minimap preview ie ground is actually very tilted and you can not move away from spawn etc. It is a noob trap.
2) I would like to seperate spawn point and flag position so that you do not always respawn directly on your flag but in a respawn area or w/e. That would only work well with fixed start positions but cant use fixed due to 1)
3) I dont believe "just place by metalmap" makes good gameplay in most cases.
Some key features the map should have:
1) To help the "join and play, no bs" idea the map should work for 1v1 but also for any number of players. ie you should not have to change map because a 4th player joins a 1v1v1 game. So probally some star shaped layout or something.
2) Flagpositions should have multiple paths leading to them.
Enough space for units to respawn. Respawn area maybe not right on flag? (will require some changes to game lua but doable)
3) Mostly open map i think. ie think football field with obstacles (or paintball field) rather than a narrow maze.
No "i wonder if units can go there"-F2 quiz.
4) Some "interessting" spots for power ups/items if they should be added.
5) I can add teleports and maybe other stuff.. So if you have an idea that uses those...Though the map should also be playable without them and it shouldnt be over the top like some Quake 3 space maps.
6) Realistic system requirements. No 1000 of supershiny features or w/e laggy stuff.
7) Not same texture everywhere, ie a open sandy part in middle with concrete structure around blabla to make it interessting.
Realistic setting. Can be urban, desert, gras, swamp but i think "zerg infected space station" would not fit.
9) type maps are fine if used sparely. like 120% on roads or 80% slow down in swamp, why not?
11) would be cool if the map layout was playable with different game modes (should they ever be added) ie ctf, bomb mode (think counterstrike), hold the flags (think S44, battlefield)
12) doesnt have to be amazingly cool graphics, ideas > gfx
13) would be cool if you are able to edit things quickly for fast prototyping so no 48h rendering of a texture etc
