Reimplementation of xta

If i had the time, and help, for tweaking xta, this would be (partially) the plan.
Its basically a simple remake with plain vanilla complexity, and focus on usability/bug fixing.

Missing in the list:
*Implementate noob training camp
-possibly 2 or 3 videos of do's and donts
*Addressing of historical issues
-for example, (now its historical), undetectability of cloaked commanders under jammer.
- or comboming chat.
- or ... ? something ppl has winned forever in this mod.
Its not news for anyone that i disregard almost all changes made to balance (even small ones) made by noruas, despite respecting and welcome all his great work in fixing and mantaining the mod. (i forgot the SFX!!).
If changes to balance are needed, will be made based on testing of base vs pimped editions (current ones). (historic delta).
Final steps will be taken uppon finishing a base, so no point discussing now.
Then again, doubt will be able to. Im just posting this so it does not get lost in my mind.
