try that game and type /join #ca
the ca team has some ui framework called chilli.
:( And then you wonder why we end up backlashing CA.
What do you mean by this?

But CA is always trying new things, UI-wise! That's why we get knocked on so often!

I don't think it was incorporation in that case. It looked more like knorke was pointing the new person to an example of an implemented UI and even a framework he could consider writing his UI with.

Well I don't know what happened to my post... So i'll just repeat it.

CA devs have been extremely helpful to me and to my knowledge made no effort to incorporate me into their collective.

well when i wanted to contribute a model to CA in the versions 1000 to 2000, there were very little people to do it, they just said, go get yourself a SVN acount, upload it voila.

witch i eventualy did later uploaded a couple units, and some stuff.

Or when you ask a lua related question, get SVN up go to CA folder gadjets look in ......

Its an open project, and the fact you wanna try something, or change CA, you already are a part of it

its Natural imo.

It isnt the reason CA is bashed i think, i dunno why it is tbh, it can be considered not good, but bashed i dunno : P
