Structures showing start position

Another 'bug' with new version.
Many structures are showing their starting position (ghosted) even when complete and moved.
e.g a lab still shows as closed when it's open and producing units, guns are facing straight (ghosted) but also towards their last firing position, mexes show stationary aswell as spinning.
This isn't for all players or just arm/core, or even for every structure for a specfic player, although it seems to effect most of the structures for certain players.
The start position/state is only as a ghost, whereas it's true position is not ghosted and it's pretty easy to tell what's right and what's not, however it's odd/annoying and certain not right!
Witnessed on BA 7.15 windows 7 x64 and a friend on Linux x64 (although what was ghosted for me wasn't always ghosted for him).
