Spring RTS Engine

Does anyone know how to extract html data or the variables of a databank from a webpage? I presume a crawler of some sort would perform such a task but I can't find a free one for windows xp. Or is there any other way? iMacros for firefox wouldn't cope as it couldn't record copy/paste...
