It will have added comments, so if it is usefull will depend on the comments.
And you can already read it today, its not forbidden to own the book. (Not even in germany)

no, I am pretty sure if you own an old copy you may sell it.
The only reason you may not publish it is that Baveria still has the rights to the book.
But you can not just reprint any book without permission.

This is true atleast in finland . I've read the book and tbh i dont see why it's worth the hassle. Censorship is always a sign of weakness in society, saying that we cannot handle things as civilized people.

The book itself isnt that great anyway(as a piece of literature), It had a few funny and even nice ideas (people will become obese in future due to lack of physical training in schools etc, and to fix this boxing and competitive sports should be added into school curriculums) , But yeah it is mainly a book of propaganda, and hitler's own justification of his doings.

Other than that, it provides a pretty nice and detailed description of the post ww1 germany, and the political turmoil inside.

(in b4 me being branded as a nazi/commie/fag/whatever)

its one of the the rare book selection which has done more damage by beeing not read at all. If those germans, who got it handled even on marriages would have read it, a wwII could have been avoided. Even Nazis who read it called it shit.. so bad news for racism and fashism. Say farewell to the english chapters.

It's allowed to be sold in Germany and you can get it without restrictions - you have to buy a commented version though. Selling editions without comments is forbidden afaik until it's not from the time around WW2...

I always wanted to get a copy but never did so. Some friends of mine told me they read it back in school and found it to be one of the most boring and utterly confusing to sick thing they ever read. So I guess it's not a big deal but if I stumble upon it for a good price I might pick it up someday...

Why would anyone care about this? Hitler was a douche and his name deserves to be invoked only in comparison to bad UI design.
