Spring RTS Engine

So I've been putting this off for far too long, I've found a way to make the task bar work like vista not that ugly whore they changed it too which was the main stumbling block, so is it worth it?
I was reading a comparison review but then they said...

Among other things and lost all credibility.

My system is currently a Q6600 + 2x2G memory + 8800GT + 2x500g HD, is there going to be any problems? Will I notice any improvements?

If you are happy with vista, there is no cure for you.

Me too, expect for winamp. There I want to have a short description of the currently playing track.

It's not the icons+text vs just icons, it's the height of it, I feel like it's been designed for use by some sausage fingered, down syndrome child on a touch screen. Plus I prefer the old quicklaunch I could expand to the OSX style thing but that's less of an issue.

I'm coming from Vista, which I have had uncharacteristically few problems with.

You can make it use 'small icons' 16x16, and sometimes I end up with a nice inbetween thats closer to vistas height but has the same sized icons, whcih I quite like, but I never figured out how I managed that...
