Spring RTS Engine

hi i recently installed spring and it keeps saying that the default cursor cannot be found even though its in the base/ folder any ideas?

i dont have a change log but it says:
missing dependancy "cursornormal"
unable to load default cusor. check that have the required content packages installed in you Spring "base/" directory.

the cursor package in the base/ folder and ive re-installed Spring twice

please post infolog.txt as an attached file.
