Reveal Cloak and Stealth, or just cloak really.

I need a lua gadget that forces uncloak disrespecting the cloak radius. It could be called Force Uncloak Range or something which works with the cloak radius. If its easier then it would be rather wanted that the unit does not actually uncloak the unit but makes it visible to the unit with the spy revealing or cloak detector for that player. Any takes or all STFUs?
