Very cool. Didn't look as real as a Hollywood blockbuster, but looked like it would have been a better movie than one if it were made as a full feature-length film. A reminder that what we want in a movie isn't perfectly-polished special effects, but compelling direction.

I love those cute little Citroens they drive in South America.

Never been to Montevideo, but it looks just like Buenos Aires... well, without the giant robots, of course. One thing that kept bugging me watching that - for the first "suspense" half, the robots were being followed by aircraft... but the aircraft would pass overhead much faster, and never loop around.

Oh, and the way nobody notices during the "charging" scene. That's your cue to drop your shit and run.

I guess, they dont realize they are making step by step people pancakes? I sometimes stumble upon ants without realizing, maybe even step into anthillz, so for all we know they just went for a walk, wen suddenly they dropped some garbage (looking like rockets to us).
So i think you all have prejudices against giant robots, you view the whole situation from poisoned eyes, they just went hiking, look they even built a tent at the end and light a fire..
But you humans just dont have tolerance for this, no no nooo always complaining, screaming running around in panic, calling the airforce to ruin the day for benders best friends.
