Spring RTS Engine

I never owned an Xbox before, but my friends have and I remember being over at some ones with an xbox gaming magazine open and looking at an upcoming game for some futuristic FPS game about the U.S. being split apart and the east coast has advanced mechanical tech, and the west had advanced biotech that the east considered criminal, and so they send some super secret jack asses with futuristic lazer weapons and crap to go adn stop them.

Or maybe something similar to that...

Any ways this was like 07 or 08 so, I have no idea what it was called and I am interested in looking for it to see how it turned out. Does any one know what I might be talking about?

Yeah, it wasnt anywhere near as good as they made out, terraforming was limited, and it just felt like any other laggy over the shoulder FPS
