Spring RTS Engine

Hi All,

I just installed spring in my Ubuntu Hardy Heron. I have a Nvidia FX series graphics card, and corresponding drivers too.

I get the following error: (looks like it is a popular error!)

Error at position 41 near "ARB_fragment_program_shadow;

" when loading fragment program file groundFPshadow.fp

I have seen a similar "error 61" on the forums, but nowhere did I actually find a solution to this problem.

Can you please tell me if someone else has faced this error and if so, how they got it solved?

Also I could not find springsettings.cfg file anywhere in my installation (i used find . -name in the ~/.spring directory!).

Please help me.
