Moderators/Admins can imitate anyone.

There is a function in current server that allows Moderators/Admins to send messages in lobby as if someone else sent them, and making them seen by only who they want.
This is understandable for server development. For normal daily main server operation it provides an exploitable tool with no practical use.
Discuss.

it's disabled in uberserver, when I get around to releasing it.
