Spring RTS Engine

hii, when i start up the spring client, and try to connect to server it says:
[17:35:41] Connecting to taspringmaster.clan-sy.com ...
[17:36:02] Cannot connect to server!
[17:36:02] Trying next host in the list ...
[17:36:02] Connecting to buildbot.no-ip.org ...
[17:36:23] Cannot connect to server!
[17:36:23] Trying next host in the list ...
[17:36:24] Connecting to taspringmaster.servegame.com ...
[17:36:44] Cannot connect to server!
[17:36:44] Trying next host in the list ...
[17:36:44] Connecting to localhost ...
[17:36:45] Cannot connect to server!

port: 8094
i've reinstalled it twice, still doesn't work.. i have xp 64 bit atm..
