What is With My Shift Key?

For some reason, when I hold the shift key down for a period of time, usually when I'm making multiple orders, the minimap and the command buttons get this dotted line around them and when I let go of the shift key I can't see my cursor, the main map blacks out, and I can't see any of the command buttons. What exactly am I doing wrong?

Are you using Windows? Maybe an issue with Windows' "sticky keys" feature. You could try to disable it.

Okay so that's my problem. How do I downgrade to old drivers. I'm not that tech savvy.

I'm not sure what to say (well I am, but if i say it I'll probably get a forum ban)
1) find old driver version & download
2) uninstall current driver version
3) install older driver version
4) profit.
nb: there may be multiple restarts involved in this process.
