Spring RTS Engine

Can someone capable do this?
This is very important.
A UI for User's compiler would be awsome and would help speed things up at this crucial testing phase.

Why make UI for unstable program ? Someone should bugfix the compiler first...

IIRC this tool does more than just compiling stuff though doesn't it? I had completely forgotten about it.
