i suggest that every message in a channel with chanserv get checked BEFORE it gets posted so things like goat(some of you know what i mean) will be filtered (thus not posted) and the poster will get a ban/mute. people actually click those links they shoudnt even see them!

Look at goatse now and after 10 seconds the majority of the shock value is gone and you can just click goatse off in future without taking the extra time to shield your eyes.
Theres much worse out there
