Fix Down

I just found out about the springproject, so im pretty new in this.
I managed to install it and now i need to download the fix posted in the news http://www.unknown-files.net/spring/3928/OTA_Content/
for the 0.76b1 version to fix the missing default cursor error.
But that file is missing/down.
could someone rehost it or something so i can play all mods?
(yes i used the search funktion but found nothing)
